ILDA 2009 Conference
Theme |
This years theme is BACK TO BASICS.
This thought behind this theme is that over the
past few years it seems that hosts - no matter
how great they have done - felt that one
conference needed to be better and bigger then
the next.
Currently we're all facing the issues of the
global economic downfall. Some more then others.
This brought us to devise a theme that would get
us all back on track as to why we are doing the
conference.
The conference - as we see it- is a time and
place where we can meet each other, catch up on
the latest info, news and materials and can have
a few nice days amongst our "soulmates" who are
as crazy about lasers as we are. All we need is
lasers, and beer, ain't that right ?

The most important
reason we're saying BACK TO BASICS is that we
want Conferences to stay as affordable as we can
make it. Last year
the Cruise was a bargain, especially for those
living in the States. This year we tried to
match that. First we tried a Castle but that
proved to be more expensive in the end then we
bargained for. So we dug a little further and
came out at the Claus Event Center where we can
combine all we need. |
