ILDA 2009 Conference
Location - The Claus Event Centre |
Those of you that have been at the 1998 ILDAQ
Conference will remember it as being one of the
best to date. This was due to various reasons
and amongst them was the Claus Event Centre.
This great location has had it's share of
updates over the years.
These days the Claus Evens Centre is still at
the same location but has undergone various
changes in their appearance without losing touch
with it's original designation of the building,
a farmhouse.
The latest tools and best lighting are used.

Brothers2 Club
The Brothers2 Club is the location
where on Friday a Saté Buffet will
be served. After this there are
drinks being served as a welcome to
all the members and participants in
the conference.
As you can see it's a nice and
friendly room that offers a relaxing
environment. The wooden beams
remember of older days when this was
a big part of the original farm.
Also the high slanted ceiling allows
for laser beams and such to go deep.

On Saturday during the day all
attendees that need to setup and
test equipment can report here as
well to setup their equipment and do
some testing for the Lase-Off later
that night.
On Sunday we will have more time for
testing and final pre-productions
for the Awards later that night.
Anyone who wants to bring equipment,
please contact DMXLASER in advance.

Hotel
When back in 1998 you had to travel
about 30 minutes by bus to your
Hotel, now you do not need to do
this anymore. On the same location
as the Claus Event Centre is a
Marriott Hotel with plenty of rooms
and all services you need. It's at
only 75 meters away from the Claus,
walking distance.....or even
crawling distance if needbe :-)

Hotel Rooms
All ILDA reserved Hotel rooms will be on a
two-bed basis, so you can share a room with a
friend or collegue or just bring your partner.
It wouold not matter much in room pricing as
this is set at 119,- Euro per room per night.
* The
picture is just a reference, your room may or
may not be exactly the same.

Restaurant
The Restaurant is where you will be served
your breakfast and where several lunches
will be served. |

Bar
The Hotel Bar is where you can have a drink
after all the fuss has been done. |
